The three major credit bureaus in the United States are Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Here’s how you can contact them and obtain your free annual credit report from each:

  1. Equifax:
    • Website: Visit the Equifax website at www.equifax.com.
    • Phone: You can request your credit report by phone by calling 1-800-685-1111.
    • Mail: You can request your credit report by mail by filling out the Annual Credit Report Request Form available on the Equifax website and mailing it to Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281.
  1. Experian:
    • Website: Visit the Experian website at www.experian.com.
    • Phone: You can request your credit report by phone by calling 1-888-397-3742.
    • Mail: You can request your credit report by mail by filling out the Annual Credit Report Request Form available on the Experian website and mailing it to Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 4500, Allen, TX 75013.
  1. TransUnion:
    • Website: Visit the TransUnion website at www.transunion.com.
    • Phone: You can request your credit report by phone by calling 1-800-888-4213.
    • Mail: You can request your credit report by mail by filling out the Annual Credit Report Request Form available on the TransUnion website and mailing it to Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 2000, Chester, PA 19016-2000.
