Heroes must register with MVP Network before contacting a real estate agent or lender and must be represented by an MVP Network Ambassador-assigned real estate firm or lender at closing to qualify. The MVP Network holds no responsibility for errors or delays in responding to requests for real estate professionals or lenders that arise due to incorrect email addresses, contact information provided by users, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any claim or controversy, referred to as a "Dispute," arising from or related to the use of MVP Network services or any acts or omissions for which MVP Network may be considered liable, shall be conclusively and exclusively settled through arbitration in California. The arbitration process will be conducted before a single arbitrator, following the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in effect at that time. The arbitrator will be chosen in accordance with AAA rules, or if no such rules exist, the consumer will select an arbitrator from a panel acceptable to MVP Network.
In arbitration, the costs will be borne by the non-prevailing party. This agreement dictates that all disputes between users and MVP Network will be resolved through binding arbitration, thereby waiving the right to pursue claims in court. Additionally, the agreement prohibits participation in or initiation of class actions. The resolution of rights will be determined by impartial arbitrators rather than a judge or jury.
