1. Nonprofit Veteran Service Organization (VSO) – Be a part of the only VSO advocating veteran economic and fair housing rights for over a decade.
2. Certification – A MVP Network member means that youʼve earned the “Heroes Housing Network Certification (HHNC)” with three pre-requisite online courses provided by VAREP University. It also means you have vetted experience to serve hero clients (proof provided during onboarding).
3. On-going Training – Members receive market updates, VA loan training (VA loan guaranty officials and former employees), HUD counseling education, VA support program debriefs, and Marketing webinars.
4. Marketing – Members access top-notch and dynamic marketing materials. This will allow you to brand to Heroes and Patriots in your MVP Network zip codes.
5. MVP Network Member Interaction – Members are encouraged to actively network with one another sharing ideas through the social media groups within the so ware. We will host guided PEER led sessions for sharing best practices.
6. National Convention – Members are able to attend VAREPʼs Annual National Convention each October. This is a great opportunity for nourishment, mind reset, learning, and training, from experts. It is a great way for members to share and connect during the convention.
7. Giving Back – Members give directly through the Heroes and Patriots through the Homebuyer Savings Program. Additionally, a portion of each completed real estate transaction goes toward veterans grant programs such as suicide prevention, alternative therapies, emergency financial assistance, military sexual trauma, domestic violence, and outdoor healing adventures through our sister company, VetCares, Inc.
8. Camaraderie – Many of our members are veterans and/or have family members who served. They understand the importance of servant leadership, sharing their experiences with their brothers and sisters in arms.
9. HUD Counseling Agency - Members have access to resources provided by our HUD certified counselors will assist clients to get “Mortgage-ready”. Members can refer clients to get credit counseling, budgeting, savings, or foreclosure prevention, if needed.
10. Servantʼs Heart – Beyond the transaction, housing professionals join because through servitude, they become part of a force of doing good for those who have sacrificed for our freedom.
