However, a credit at closing is permitted in all 50 states. Actual savings vary based on the services used, home price, property type, and commission structure. To qualify for home price savings, heroes must be registered with MVPHHN and represented at closing by an MVP Real Estate Ambassador. Additional service-related savings require working with an MVP Lender and MVP Business Ambassadors.
